Charlot Echavia BSN, RN, CWOCN Co-Owner
Charlot is a registered nurse who is Board Certified in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence. As a nurse for over 25 years, she has practiced in a variety of settings, including acute, home health, and sub-acute/skilled nursing care. She is passionate about providing quality care that exceeds patients’ expectations. She has received “The Daisy Award”, an award given to nurses who demonstrate extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care.
Febe Kopiko BSN, RN, WCC Co-Owner
Febe has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and is a Wound Care Certified Nurse. She has worked in nursing home, clinics, and acute hospitals. Being a nurse for over 20 years, one of her top priorities is providing quality patient care. She values each patient as family and ensures that each one is welcomed and treasured.
Marilynne Depaynos BSN, RNCo-Owner
Marilynne was drawn to nursing because of her desire to care, serve, and help others. She is very compassionate in providing patient care at the highest level.
Gina Ereno BSN, MSN, RN Co-Owner
Gina is a registered nurse with a Bachelor Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Nursing. She has 17 years of acute care nursing experience, 10 years as a clinical instructor, and experience in home health nursing. She is someone who will go above and beyond to provide the best quality care possible.

David Lee MD Medical Director
David Lee MD is a family medicine trained physician with an interest in palliative and hospice care. He has 11 years of clinical experience and continues to provide full spectrum family medicine care as well as being one of Atrium Hospice’s medical directors. He strives to determine each patient’s individual needs and to meet those needs to the best of his ability in collaboration with the patient and their loved ones.

Lark Baum Director of Social Worker
Lark has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Masters in Human and Community Development, a Masters in Social Work, and is a California Sexual Assault Counselor. She has been a social worker and advocate for over a decade, and currently teaches both Social Work and Psychology at the college level alongside her hospice work with patients and families.
Verdrie McCord III Medical Social Worker, Bereavement Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator
Verdrie is a clinical, medical social worker with over 27 years of direct practice in the field of social work. Verdrie’s passion is hospice care as he emphasizes utilizing compassionate and humanistic approaches when addressing psychological issues that can arise for both patient and families over the course of an illness and during dying process. He is a strong advocate for holistic, human-centered end-of-life care.
Rev. Bladimer Paeste Spiritual/Bereavement, Coordinator
Has been doing parish ministry for 28 years now both in the Philippines and in the US. Has 3 years of hospital chaplaincy experience and 5 years and counting as a Hospice chaplain.
Rev. Gwen AldridgeSpiritual/Bereavement Coordinator
Reverend Gwen is an ordained minister of the gospel with considerable experience in public speaking, ministry leadership, spiritual growth training, mentorship and pastoral care with emphasis in bereavement support, and spiritual guidance counseling. She is an alumnus of California State University, East Bay earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Reverend Gwen is also a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary where she earned a Master of Arts degree in Theology and Ministry. She seeks to be a positive influence in her calling to serve others by demonstrating God’s love through compassion and grace.

Michelle Flores Intake Coordinator
Michelle has been a nurse for 14 years with extensive intake experience in Home Health and Hospice settings. She is also intravenous therapy and blood withdrawal certified.

Marlene Isleta brings a wealth of experience to our team, with many years of expertise in Human Resources and Business Office Management. Her extensive background ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Marlene’s dedication to fostering a supportive and organized workplace is instrumental in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients and their families.
Angeline Bangi Marketer
She completed her bachelor’s degree in the Philippines and started her career as a Marketing/Community Liaison in 2015. Her roles include home health placement and hospice care.
